Project Description: The WRA Phase 23 and WRA Phase 24 were constructed simultaneously. S.R. Weidema installed 2.70 miles of 60” concrete pipe throughout the winter, so it would be finished before spring flooding. The concrete pipeline crossed Four Mile Creek 3 times and had a total of 5 different steel casing bores.
